Entrepreneur Forward is designed for military members, veterans, and their spouses who own their own, or are in the launch phase of a new, business or nonprofit. These sessions are specifically tailored to provide you with the knowledge and resources you need to successfully launch and grow in Idaho’s economy.

In this session, you’ll learn to navigate the legal aspects of starting a business, including entity formation, intellectual property rights, contracts, and other considerations. Led by an expert attorney, participants will gain actionable insights and steps to immediately enhance their business strategies. After the session, you’ll have the chance to participate in facilitated networking with your peers, providing a platform to address common challenges. Light appetizers and beverages provided!

Kaci Peterson is a seasoned attorney specializing in advising a diverse clientele, ranging from startups to established companies and private equity funds. With expertise in entity formation, commercial contract negotiation, and corporate governance, she guides companies through various stages of their lifecycle. Committed to giving back, Kaci actively engages in pro bono work, aiding businesses, nonprofit organizations, and veterans with legal matters, including estate planning.
