Big News from a Fellow Vet-Owned Biz: Oak & Kettle is Here
Hey everyone,
Brian Rodgers here—dual-service veteran (Army & Navy) and chef behind what was formerly Grāz Charcuterie. I’m excited to share that we’ve officially rebranded as Oak & Kettle: Charcuterie and Catering.
Why the change? We're growing. What started as high-end charcuterie has evolved into full-service catering, and the new name reflects our broader offerings—while still staying true to our Rustic • Refined roots.
What’s new at Oak & Kettle:
● Custom grazing tables & boards
● Full brunch and lunch catering menus
● Individual charcuterie cups, boxes, and trays
● Cold & hot hors d’oeuvres, buffet service.
● Handcrafted mustards, jams, pickles, and locally made cheeses.
We’re still proudly veteran-owned, operating out of the Treasure Valley, and fully permitted and insured. Always happy to collaborate, share insights, or support fellow vet-owned businesses however I can.
Appreciate this community and looking forward to connecting more.
